We reserve the right to update or modify service offerings at any time.

Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or over the phone.

• Service availability depends on location, weather, and scheduling.

• Shine Bros reserves the right to reschedule services in case of delays due to rain, technical issues, or vehicle conditions.

Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is displayed on our website and/or informed during booking.

• Full payment is expected at the time of service unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via UPI, card, cash, or other supported methods.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

• Cancellations within 2 hours of service time may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle accessibility at the scheduled time.

• Inform Shine Bros of any known mechanical issues or custom modifications that could affect service.

• Remove valuables from the vehicle before detailing. Shine Bros will not be responsible for lost items.

Service Limitations

• Some services may not be possible in certain locations due to space, lighting, or water access restrictions.

• We may refuse service to vehicles with extensive damage, leaks, or unsafe conditions.

Liability Disclaimer

• Shine Bros takes utmost care during service, but will not be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, or damage.

  • Mechanical issues unrelated to detailing.

  • Colour fade or polish response on old/aftermarket paints.
