Cancellation by Customer
Free Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.Late Cancellation (within 2 hours):
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of ₹50 to ₹150, depending on the service booked and time slot reserved.No-Show:
If our technician reaches the location and the customer is unavailable or unreachable, it will be considered a no-show, and the service may be marked as completed with no refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your service at least 1 hour in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the new time, subject to availability.
Cancellation by Shine Bros
Shine Bros reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen issues such as:
Bad weather
Vehicle inaccessibility
Safety concerns
Operational delays
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative time slot.

Customer dissatisfaction with valid reasons and evidence
Non-Refundable Situations:
No-shows
Last-minute cancellations (without a valid reason)
Incomplete information or an inaccessible vehicle

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original mode of payment.
